Our client based in the Horsham area, require an urgent 1st Line Support Analyst to come in and help them with some holiday and sickness cover.

Skills required:

* Strong communication skills
* Previous helpesk / 1st line support experience
* Service now experience is desirable but ideally experience of a helpdesk ticketing system
* Reliable and positive attitude
