2 nd Line Support

Our well renowned and well-respected client is urgently looking for an experienced 2 nd Line Support Engineer to join their team based near Oxford on a contract basis, initially for 3 months with a view to extend.

The 2 nd Line Support Engineer will be a technical resource who is able to build, troubleshoot and resolve end-user computing issues/requests from users. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years’ of experience in a similar support role and be able to prioritise and own support issues through to resolution.

2 nd Line Support – Key Skills:

* Desktop management / support (Windows 7 and above)
* Google G Suite Enterprise
* Chromebox for Meetings
* Airwatch Cloud MDM
* Android tablets
* Android smartphones
* Apple iOS smartphones
* Printers/MFDs including ‘follow me’ printing solutions
* ITIL v3 certified (at least)
* Able to work on own initiative
* Self-motivated and multi-tasker
* Good communicator
* Customer focused
* Good written and oral communication skills displaying confidence, assertiveness and professionalism
* A ‘can do’ attitude
* Good organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
