2nd Line Support Analyst – Weybridge

Working in the heart of Surrey, this is an excellent chance for an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team to help support several locations across the Home Counties and London area. You will part of a close knit and friendly team who all strive to provide excellent support to their stakeholders along with creating a fun working atmosphere.

Skills required:

* Excellent 2nd Line Support experience
* Proven experience in a customer / stakeholder facing role
* Apple device support experience – MacBook / iPhone
* Microsoft Windows / Office
* Outlook / Office 365 / Google Mail
* Active Directory administration
* Cisco
* VMware
* Microsoft Exchange
