2nd Line Support analyst required for a leading client in Haywards Heath

You will be working with managers, project managers and architects as well as infrastructure, Network & Security and application service providers

You will be required to provide the clients Commercial Finance Group (The Group) ICT end-users with a high quality, effective and professional Service Desk, support and operations service which balances the needs of the ICT end-users with the needs of The Group, and to ensure resilient and accurate completion of The Group’s daily business processing.

Skills and experience needed :

* Knowledge of the applications and infrastructure within the (sub)domains
* Knowledge of the standards of the ACF Group for request, problem and incident management
* Knowledge of the ACF Group business strategy
* Knowledge of the ACF Group, related to business, services, COO and IT
* Knowledge of the most important systems and how they add value to the business requirements
* Knowledge of business principles, processes and products
* Knowledge and experience within IT is a must (preferable in financial services).
* Knowledge of and appr. 2 years experience with commercial ICT Support Services in a Microsoft Windows, Active Directory and SQL Server environment
