Client Services Administrator

Our global, innovative client, who are widely renowned as being an international success story is looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join their team based near Birmingham on a permanent basis. The Client Services Administrator will be responsible for administration, management and operation of the key client services tools, including butnot limited to SCCM 2012, Adaptiva and ServiceNow.

The Client Services Administrator will be required to work collaboratively across the Group to maintain operational services and standards. The role also has a strong focus on developing the ServiceNow capability.

Client Services Administrator – Key Skills:

* Strong Service Management experience

* ServiceNow development/configuration

* Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes

* Demonstrated ability to manage systems in a matrix & global organisation

* Experience applying best practice across existing processes

* Microsoft SCCM 2012 / Adaptiva experience

* Microsoft Intune / Mobile Device Management experience

* Management of Group Policy

* Strong problem solving and analytical skills

* Technical leadership

* ServiceNow Management

* ITIL v3

* Excellent communication skills

Client Services Administrator – Responsibilities

* Administration of a multi division instance of ServiceNow

* Act as the Administrator of the Division Enterprise Mobility Management Platform – Intune

* Development of ServiceNow catalogue items

* ServiceNow dashboard creation

* Administration of SCCM 2012, building of OSD images, management of global patch deployment

* Manage the process for major incident reviews to ensure lessons learned and any improvements applied

* Ensure effective operation of ITIL compliant Service Management processes globally

* Ensure SLAs are agreed with business and managed

* End User surveys and continual service improvement
