ERP Programme Manager

A leading client of ours based in the Staffordshire area is currently looking for an experienced ERP Prrogramme Manager to join their small-medium sized team to help in driving ERP projects forward. We are looking for a confident and autonomous ERP/Project/Programme Manager who can be a guiding force within the business as well as be the go to person when it comes to ERP. The individual will be diligent and happy to work across the business on projects of varying sizes, budgets and with a variety of stakeholders. Some travel to other sites within the UK and Europe may well be required.

Skills Required:

* Experience supporting, managing or implementing a pan-European ERP platform
* Direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
* Certification in Prince 2/PMI or equivalent project management methodology .(Could be exempted for mature candidates with requisite experience)
* Experience of working within a pan European manufacturing and/or logistics business and/or ERP vendor.
* Familiarity with an approach using commercial off the shelf software and process change to remove complexity and deliver reliable business services e.g. CRM, ERP etc .preferably on the basis of a ‘best of breed’ approach.
* An analytical mindset, with the patience and tenacity to focus on complex tasks to ensure resolution.
* Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
* Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
* Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
* Persuasive, encouraging and motivating.
* Ability to elicit co-operation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients and other departments.
* Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
* Iterative / Agile development approach to keep up with changing user reporting requirements.
* Essential – Strong MSSQL, DBMS skills to support business reporting requirements and development.
