2nd Line Support Analyst – Marlow

Working as part of an enthusiastic team our client, a successful consultancy based in the South East has an opportunity for a passionate 2nd Line Support Analyst to work on their client site in Marlow. This is a key position that will require high end customer facing skills as well as a variety of technical skills.

Skills required:

  • Windows 7/8
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Outlook/Exchange experience is desirable
  • Mobile Devices – Ipad, Iphone, iOS, Blackberry, BES etc.
  • Active Directory – desirable
  • Strong communication skills both on the phone and face to face
  • Experience of working within a large corporate environment
