Project Manager – Change Manager

Our client who are a leading financial services organisation with an office in the Marlow area are urgently looking for an experienced Project Manager / Change Manager to fill an expansion role within their team. Working alongside seasoned professionals who have a vast amount of experience in the mortgages industry you will have a chance to drive the change programme from start to finish. Along with strong Project management skills you also will have a good technical background to enable you to liaise with employees and stakeholders of all levels.

Key Responsibilities

* Adopt and apply required Project management techniques]
* Must have experience within the mortgages industry
* Facilitate and execute specified Process Improvement methodologies
* Draft and agree relevant change documentation
* Develop and implement standards for measuring and reporting progress to ensure project benefits are realised
* Co-ordinate and proactively manage all project and/or process improvement related activity to ensure progress
* Hands-on work and individual input with business sponsors/product managers/IT to define project or process improvement objectives and scope
* Lead the work of the virtual Project team delivering the projects and process improvements
* Provide coaching and advice to ‘service excellence’ leaders to build their competence and support their work
* Ensure distribution of information and documents to the individual project team members has occurred to facilitate the work of the team
* Analyse project-related data identifying any issues and attempting to resolve with minimum support
* Ensure all projects adhere to best practices, regulatory and audit requirements
* Working on 2-3 projects at any one time; typical project team 7-8 members.
