Support Analyst – Apple / MacBook

Working for our Guildford based client you will be tasked with supporting over 300 members of staff over several different locations through out Surrey and the Home counties. You will responsible for supporting employee devices such as Apple MacBook’s and iPhones as well as Google applications and Office 365.

Skills required:

* Strong Apple / MacBook support experience
* Experience of supporting other Apple devices such as iPhones
* Office 365 / Google mail support troubleshooting experience
* Google application support
* Excellent customer facing skills
* Strong communication skills

This role will require travel so candidates must have access to their own vehicles in order to be flexible in the working location should a support situation arise off site.
